19 x 13 inch half sheet baking pan

Ingredients:
5 oz can of tuna (in water) not drained
1 Cup whole wheat flour
1 egg – large, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
Instructions:
Place rack in the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line 19 x 13 inch half sheet baking pan with parchment paper.
Add Tuna to a food processor. Pulse until tuna is finely chopped
In a large bowl combine tuna, flour, egg. Mix together until combined. Add Olive Oil and stire until fully incorporated.
Scoop a tablespoon of dough and form into 1” balls. Place on the lined baking sheet. Once pan is lined with the dough balls use the tines of a fork to press each bowl down.
Bake 12-14 mins or until slightly brown on the bottom. Remove from oven and cool.
TIP: you can make smaller balls or break the cooked treats in half, especially if you are using them for hide and seek and enrichment activities.
